Systems Transformation, the essence of our work, the difference we make. Through our research and innovation, we discover the pathway to changes that will enhance survival rates for mothers and babies, in resource-constrained settings. The Kangaroo Mother Care Lounges that we have established (and are in the process of establishing) – bright, cheerful, well-equipped facilities in hospitals for mothers to nurse at-risk babies, planned after research and trials - testify to the transformation that lifts our mission as researchers.
